Description: Participants will learn how to grow mushrooms and plants for food and profit through this hands-on cultivation course. Learn basic science of mushrooms and plants from an ecological and cultivation perspective. Cultivate mushrooms and plants for food, for medicine, for bio-remediation, and for profit. Emphasis placed on permaculture and honorable growing using low-cost techniques. Class held at a small plant farm in Talent. Consists of six sessions.
