||Explore how a diet rich in vegetables, fruits, grains, and legumes can enhance your health and support your overall wellness goals. Learn how to gain control of your health through simple steps in the kitchen following a whole-foods, plant-based diet. Classes will include a short video by Dr. Neal Barnard followed by a discussion on nutrition and healthy food choices. Afterward there will be a cooking demonstration with generous samples.
